Why our data is different:

We insist on quality! In the zip code / postal code arena, there is our premium data and there are U.S. Postal Service generic copies. What's the difference? Click Here!

We manually verify our data! We have spent thousands of hours manually verifying our zip codes and related data to ensure that it is the most accurate data possible! Government data, which others sell, is often outdated, inaccurate and not suited for many commercial applications. We standardize the spelling of our place names. For instance, in the USPS file, they will have ‘ST THOMAS’ in one place and ‘SAINT THOMAS’ in another.

Our Latitude / Longitude points are precise! Zip code data boundaries change! We regularly check our coordinates to ensure that they are true centerpoints. Most competitors just use government data. If you've already purchased a competitor's latitude / longitude product, go to our download page for our GeoCount tool which will compare their data to ours!

100% money back guarantee -- you can't go wrong!

We only charge you for the data you want! You can choose the base product and only the add-ons you want. We have a custom data extraction tool that lets you extract only what you want.

We don’t give you extra records with misspelled names in them! Our Pro-Zipcode Deluxe product has alternate city names (because zip codes can cross city boundaries). The generic copies have about 76,000 records with ‘alias’ records which normally are intentional misspellings of valid city names. For instance, 17702, the USPS has some of the following city names: ‘S WILLAMSPOR, S WILLIAMSPRT, SWMSPRT’ for South Williamsport. For 41465 (Salyersville, KY), they have 25 different entries! This is not what you want for your zip code data!

We update our data about every 2 months. Once a month is too often and quarterly isn’t enough for most businesses. We manually verify our zip codes, area codes (because of splits) and other data every release as well.

We notify you when new versions are available. We will e-mail you when a new version is available.

Company History:

Established in 1992, we started selling just a simple 5-digit zip code file over the Internet. We were the first to sell zip code data on the web! We quickly received requests for additional countries and add-on products. Soon, data products and related tools and services became our only business.

Today, we have thousands of clients, from small businesses to many of the Fortune 500 companies (including over half of the Fortune 100!). They rely on our data. We strive to ensure the best data possible!
