Zip Search Deluxe: The Professional Marketer’s Tool

Zip Search Deluxe is our Windows product that will allow you to quickly select the zip codes you need for use in a direct mail campaign, for assigning sales territories and other marketing purposes.

If you aren’t a programmer or a database power user, this product is probably just what you need to market using zip code data. You just purchase one of our data file products, import it into Zip Search Deluxe and then select the records you want to see:

• You can select all of the zips in a city, state or county.
• If you purchase a product with Latitude & Longitude, you can also choose all of the zips within a certain radius, such as within 10 miles of Downtown Chicago.
• If you purchase a product with our MSA codes, you can choose all of the zips within a greater metropolitan area, such as the greater Miami area.

After selecting the records you want, you can sort them in various ways and then print the list and/or export them to a standard comma-delimited ASCII file for sending to your mailer.

Quick Preview:

• First, you enter in your selection: in this example, we want only the records in Plymouth County, Massachusetts. [Click here to view a screen shot]
• Next, you click on the Search Now button and the results will be displayed. [Click here to view a screen shot]
• Now, we want to look for all records in a 10 mile radius of 02020 (Brant Rock). We select 02020, then click on the Distance button. [Click here to view a screen shot]
• The Distance Calculation window displays and we select 0 to 10 miles and click on the Search and Display button. This will now give us a list of all of the cities in Plymouth County which are within 10 miles of 02020. It also displays the mileage from 02020. [Click here to view a screen shot]

This list can now be exported into a separate file, or printed.
